Replacement Trailer Tire Weight Rating for 20.5 X 8 -10 Tires on Coleman Pop Up
Question:
I have a Coleman Pop up camper that needs tires. I see the tires on your website but not sure which ones I would need. My tire size is 20.5 X 8 -10 load range of E. The one I found on your site says load capacity of 1600 pounds but the camper weighs around 1500. My concern is the load range won’t hold up the camper plus people inside. Can you show me what tire with the rim already attached you have that would work for this camper?

The Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 205/65-10 - Load Range E # AM1HP56 that you referenced does have the max load rating of 1,650 lbs at 90 psi, but that's just for 1 tire. Since you'll be using this same tire for both sides of the axle that means the tire weight rating alone with be 3,300 lbs - more than enough for your 1,500 lb Coleman pop up plus people.
If you're needing to replace the wheel as well then we have this tire mounted on a white wheel with both the 4 on 4" bolt pattern # AM3H460 and the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern # AM3H480 depending on what your hubs use.
Please note that this rating is for the tires only. You'll want to remain under the weight rating listed on the trailer to avoid overloading any other components of the trailer.
