do you carry any bike bars that would support an e-bike that weighs about 80lbs?

In order to carry an e-bike, you'll need to use a platform style bike rack therefore the use of an adapter bar is not relevant. The reason you cannot use a hanging style bike rack which do use the adapter bars is because they all max out at 35 lbs. I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Electric Bike Rack part # HLY84FR which is one of the very few options that can support an 80 lb e-bike. If the e-bike has an odd frame shape, you can switch the hooks around to reach further down.
