Replacement Bulldog High-Profile Latch Repair Kit Recommendation for a Bulldog Coupler

Recently purchased a stock trailer that has a bulldog coupler. The collar moves forward and backward with a spring return by moving it by hand, the pivoting lever is missing as well as the clip that goes between the lever and coupler. Can I purchase just the lever and clip separately? Either the low profile or the high profile would work, but the high profile lever would be ideal, since the top of the coupler is made to use the clip that is part of the high profile lever.
