Do you make a baseplate that will work on my 2020 rubicon without altering the front skid plate

Each of the base plates that fit your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon do require the altering or even replacement of the skid plate (also sometimes called a rock guard). The base plate kit I recommend because it will allow the skid plate to be trimmed but not outright replaced is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5.

I have added a link to a video install of this kit on a 2020 Wrangler Unlimited showing you what the install looks like. There are a number of other parts you'll need to flat tow your Jeep, which I'll recommend for you:

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar with LED Lights # RM-676
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Supplemental Braking System: Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
OR
- For a motorhome with air brakes: Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates are great because they have removable tabs which means your Jeep is going to keep its clean look when you aren't flat towing. The Nighthawk tow bar is a great option because it has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing, along with integrated safety cables so you won't have to purchase them separately, saving you an additional expense.

The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Jeep's electrical system safe, and both the Stay-IN-Play DUO and Air Force One are strongly recommended because they are one-time installs which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and give you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power and thus are more rigid.

You may also need a high-low adapter in order to keep your tow bar level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters. Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
