That is a bit of a loaded question so I'll try to make my list condensed, but we do have everything to help you feel comfortable while towing your 25' Airstream trailer with your 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS450.

While we haven't test fit any towing mirrors on a GLS450, the K-Source Universal Mirrors # KS3891-2 should work just fine as they fit just about any side mirror out there that is within 4-1/2" - 11-1/2" tall. These clip on the mirror house and then have protection wherever there will be contact to protect the vehicle.

For a tire monitor system I recommend the TST TPMS # TST-507-FT-4-C because it comes with 4 flow through sensors so you don't have to remove them when you need to add air to your trailer tires. It comes with a color display and a special tool for installation to help deter theft.

It is my understanding that your GLS450 came with a reverse camera since you have the tow package so you should be okay for lining up the hitch, but when it comes to a backup camera system I really like the Rear View Safety # RVS-062710 which can be paired with the Tow Kit # RVS-2133. This is a wired option so if you'd rather have wireless then the Furrion Vision S # FCE48TASL-05 is the way to go.

To utilize your trailer brakes I recommend the Curt Echo # C51180 because it plugs right into the 7-Way on your MB and then you can make adjustments via an Apple or Android smart device. This means you don't have another component to keep track of since the monitor is on your phone. When you aren't towing you can easily store the Echo in your glove box.

When it comes to a level towing setup, nothing works better than a weight distribution system. Your 25' Airstream should weight about 5,000 lbs so the Reese Strait-Line # RP66084 is my recommendation as it has some of the best sway-control integrated into it. This has a tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 1,200 lbs which should be right where you want for your system.

Please note that you need to remain under the weight rating for your vehicle/trailer hitch and also make sure that you have the trailer loaded so that the tongue weight is 10-15% of the weight of the loaded trailer. You can use a tongue weight scale like part # e99044 to make sure everything is loaded correctly each time you get ready to travel. You just need a 2" # A-90 or 2-5/16" # 19286 hitch ball to complete this towing setup.
