Does Actuator Have Female Fitting for Kodiak Brake Line to Work
Question:
I am prepping the brake line to install a Fulton fold away hinge on my Shorelandr 18 ft trailer. The description says the brake hose has male connections at both ends - now, this is the first time I replace a brake line, can you please confirm that this part will work - I cant tell if the actuator end is male or female, perhaps you can help me from the attached photos. Thank you.

The only way to know for sure if the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Hose - 3/16" Male Fittings # bh-3mfs-18 will work for your application is to know the fitting size you need, but I can tell you that the actuator end is female. This hose has, as per the title, 3/16"male fittings and a 3/8" thread which are standard so it is very likely it will work for you, but you would need to confirm to verity those are the fitting sizes you have.
As for the Fulton swing-away hinge, assuming you have a 3" x 3" tongue you can use the Bolt On Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit # FHDPB330301 or Weld On # FHDPW330300.
I have added links to a couple help articles on what you need for hydraulic brakes which I recommend checking out as well.
