What kind of wind does this unit hold up to? Does an Awning strap need to be installed.

The Solera Family Rooms like part # LC362235 will hold up to wind just fine as the side can be secured to the ground using tent stakes. Therefore, it will hold up well in slight to moderation gusts of wind.
