Recommended Generator To Plug Directly Into 50 Amp Service on 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I have a 2018 forest river Heritage glen 5th wheel with 50 amp plug. I am currently using a 3000 generator when boonedocking. I am thinking about getting another generator that I can just plug my 50 amp cord into. What would you suggest?

The Firman 10,000-Watt Portable Generator part # 333-H08051 which provides up to 10,000 watts of surge power and 8,000 watts of running power is going to be an excellent option to plug into your trailer as it has a 50-amp outlet that will be the same as the one at the RV park so you won't need to worry about any adapters. Furthermore, it can be run on both propane and gas for emergencies and for those who are more environmentally conscious.
