It sounds like the Circuit board has failed on your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-04000K the correct replacement for that is the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Manual Lift RV Roof Vents part # MA10A21276K. This is a direct replacement and will plug directly into the plugs on your current vent. You will need to reconnect your power and ground using a couple of butt connectors like Butt Connector - PVC - for 16-14g Wire part # DW05714.
