The distance between the tabs on these adapters is 1. Does the kit include spacers to fit a 3/4inch thick D-ring mount? My pin diameter is 7/8.

Yes, the Adapter Lug for Off-Road Vehicle Bumpers # BX88357 does come with washers/spacers to make up the extra room since you have 3/4 inch wide d-rings. This is the correct pin diameter too of 7/8 inch as well.

Since you have 3/4 inch thick D-rings you need the part #BX88357 since you have a Blue Ox tow bar. If you had a Roadmaster tow bar instead you'd want the #RM-035.
