PERFECT SIZE FOR SCOOTER, WIFE DOES NOT WALK WELL. HOW DO I DRIVE THE SCOOTER ON AND OFF?

I would recommend you get a Trailer Hitch Mounted Mobility Scooter Carrier with Ramp # PS10401-10402. This carrier is specifically designed for transporting scooters and has a ramp built into it. You will need a hitch with a 2 inch opening.
This carrier has a capacity of 350 lbs, but you will still need to check the tongue weight capacities of your vehicle and the hitch on your vehicle. You will need to make sure that the weight of the carrier plus the weight of the scooter does not exceed the capacities of either. When determining the weight capacity of a setup you must always go with the lowest rated component as the overall capacity.
