The highest capacity trailer hitch we offer for your 2000 Ford F-350 is the Curt hitch part # C15810 which has a 20,000 lb trailer weight capacity and 2,700 lb tongue weight capacity. The Super Titan part # 38124 that you mentioned fits truck frames that are approximately 34" - 34-1/2" wide at the rear of the truck which is common for cab and chassis trucks. Your truck would not have this frame setup.
