The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR is a great choice of hitch for your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon. Paired with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56040 you will be ready to go without having to splice wires because it plugs into your existing wiring connectors.
You will be able to route the trailer connector to the trailer hitch using the rubber plug in the trunk located under the spare tire at the rear of your Outback Wagon. Finally to keep the wires from hanging out and provide you the clean look you're after, Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket # C57202 is a great option to round out your wiring and hitch package.
