Can the BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Locks Be Re-Coded To Multiple Keys
Question:
Once you have coded this lock to a Key is there a way to recode the lock to a new key. I work for a company that uses 2-3 month rentals each year. would I be able to use the same locking hitch pin from year to year with a new vehicle each year.

The BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Locks like part # BL7023585 can only be coded to one ignition key. Therefore, you can't transfer it from vehicle to vehicle. This would allow anyone with the same truck to steal hitch pin lock and whatever you had attached to the trailer hitch if that were the case. Instead, you will want to use a standard hitch pin lock like the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock part # C23025.
I have attached a full list of options for you as well.
