To measure the bolt pattern of your rim for selection of a wheel and tire package, you need to measure from the center of the bolt hole on one side of the wheel to the center of a bolt hole directly across from it on a wheel with an even number bolt pattern or, with an odd number bolt pattern measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center point between the two bolt holes directly across from it.

I attached an article that explains how to measure bolt patterns and I also attached two videos that show how to measure bolt pattern. The video for wheels with even numbered bolt patterns starts at 58 seconds into the video and for odd numbered bolt patterns go to the 57 second mark in that video.

I attached an article that shows a trailer tire size table which confirms that the ST225/75R15 trailer tire is the correct replacement size for your H78-15 tires. I also attached a link showing all of the radial tire and wheel combinations we have with ST225/75R15 tires on them for you to select from once you determine the bolt pattern you need.
