Module for Separating Out Dedicated Stoplight Circuit for Salter with Running Light/Stop Light
Question:
I have a salter in the back of my truck that has a running light/brake light in one. If I use the PP20-702 module and wire it to a 4-pin connector and plug it in my trailer plug, will it have the light on with my tailights, then brighten up when I step on the brakes?

Expert Reply:
The running light/brake light on your salter should have a wire ran to it for the brake light and one for the running light. You'd want to use the # PP20-702 to isolate out the brake light like you need to run to the stoplight circuit of your salter light and then the current running light circuit you have present would then run to the correct circuit on the light and you'd be set.
