For the 2007 Ford F-350 8 foot bed with an aftermarket (but non-TorkLift) hitch installed and no step or board beneath the bed, the correct rear camper tie-down kit is the TorkLift # TLR3500. For the front kit you will use part # TLF2011.

Yes, the #TLD2142 is exactly what you need for your 2019 Ram 3500 with running boards extending under the truck bed. For the rear, you need the #TLD3112 if you have the factory hitch or #TLR3510 if you have the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum 30K.

The current Torklift tie down part #TLD3101 that you have installed on your 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 only fits if you have the factory hitch. If you go with the SuperHitch part #TLD1100 you would need to change your rear tie down to the part #TLR3503.
