Expert Reply:
The Class III TorkLift EcoHitch # 306-X7315 is the one that offers a 2-inch receiver opening, rather than the 1-1/4-inch receivers found on the Class I hitches from Draw-Tite and Curt, parts # 24949 and # C11422
Although the weight capacity of all three hitches is very similar the EcoHitch has a slight advantage with a 300-lbs tongue weight versus the 200-lbs tongue weight and 2000-lbs towing offered on the others, if you already own 2-inch accessories such as a bike rack or cargo carrier than you can use those directly in the EcoHitch without having to use an adapter that reduces the hitch capacity.
This size difference and the fact that the EcoHitch is made from recycled materials that limit the carbon footprint during manufacturing are the primary features that distinguish it. It will come with detailed install instructions for a no-drill installation.
