This is a great question and luckily the curve on your ceiling isn't very dramatic, so there are a lot of good solutions you can use. I'll also say that I haven't ever seen a light that is designed specifically for curved ceilings- they may exist, but I haven't come across one from any of our vendors. Generally, a light like the Gustafson RV LED Ceiling Light # 277-000424 is not going to be a great option on a curved ceiling since it is a large light with an 11" by 11" base.

The best solution for this is going to be using a small, flush mounted LED light since they'll be least effected by the curvature of the ceiling and LED lights generally provide a brighter light than comparable incandescent lights. I recommend using something like the Glantastic LED RV Puck Light - 197 Lumens - Semi-Recessed - Frosted Plastic Lens # 328-K-58L34P9. This light is 4-1/2" in diameter, so the effect of the curved ceiling will be minimal and it should mount flush to the ceiling. This light does not have an integrated switch, so it would need to be installed on a circuit with a light switch.

I've linked some videos that show these lights in action that you may want to have a look at to see the differences in the brightness of the light that they emit. Since the ceiling doesn't have a really dramatic curvature, any of these lights will work.
