Solution for Mounting Light Kit on Detail K2 Snowplow for 2015 Ram 1500 with LED Headlights

I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. It has led turn signals and my wiring is not old school green, black, red and white. Does this part have the proper relays to convert the led wiring so that it will work with the halogen bulbs and blinkers in the K2 plow light kit?

The kit that you want to use for the Detail K2 snow plow on your 2015 Ram 1500 is part # K281488LB2, when I reached out to Buyers Products about the kit # 3371311110 they said not to use their kit for your Ram pickup. With that being said, I do have a way for you to safely install the Detail K2 light kit on your vehicle. You will need to connect the following wiring to the following functions:
White - Low Beam
Black - Ground
Red - High Beam
Green - Turn Lamp
The current wiring on your truck probably doesn't match per color which is why you were referring to the old school wiring colors. Because of this you'll need to use a circuit tester like part # 40376 to verify that you are making the correct connections.
When we installed this kit on a Detail K2 snowplow with a newer Jeep (that had LED lights) we also used the following parts:
Wiring Harness - # C58531
Wiring Harness - # HM37918
Relay Wiring Harness - # D16765
Butt Connectors - # DW05745-5
Fuse Holder - # SWC9539
This helps to protect your LED lighting while also allowing the halogen light kit to function properly. I have attached the installation on the Jeep for you to use as a reference.
