I am happy to break down all the needed components (along with my specific recommendations) to tow your 2014 Jeep JK Sport Unlimited behind a motorhome. As far as the base parts go, you are going to need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, a supplemental braking system, and likely a high-low adapter.

I'm going to briefly list my recommendations for these components below and then go into a bit more detail on each further down.

Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Crossbar-Style # RM-521448-4
Tow Bar - Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522
Safety Cables - Roadmaster Single Hook # RM-645
Lighting Solution - Optronics Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK
Supplemental Braking System - Brake Buddy Classic 3 # HM39494

According to your Jeep's owner's manual, you will need to disconnect the battery before flat towing. To make this process easier you can also add the Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766, but it's not required. This would just make this process easier each time you're ready to tow, allowing you to disconnect the battery with the flip of a switch.

Further breaking down the above-mentioned parts, the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit does offer the easiest install process because it doesn't require full bumper removal like the Blue Ox model and it's also features better compatibility with various accessories (tow bar guards, tow bars, etc). The Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar will quickly attach to these base plates and its non-binding design lets you easily release the vehicle at any time (even on unlevel ground). It's also self-aligning, which means you simply need to hook it up to the Jeep, drive the RV forward, and the arms will automatically extend into place.

The Optronics Magnetic Lights offer a simple lighting solution that eliminates the need to splice into the Jeep's factory wiring like with most other options. The light assemblies themselves will just mount to the Jeep's roof and the integrated 4-Way harness will be plugged into the 4-Way on the RV.

I really like the convenience and portability of the Brake Buddy 3 Braking System. The main unit gets mounted inside the Jeep and will physically press down on the brake pedal in correspondence to the RV's deceleration. It can easily be removed when it's time to drive the Jeep like normal and be put back in place before heading out on another trip.

Lastly, it's possible that you will need a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar within the "Safe Zone" (3" above or below level). I have attached a link below that will take you to our full selection, along with an article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup. In addition to that I have included video reviews on all the products mentioned.
