I reached out to Curt, who told me that the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C56413 will install inline with the 4-way on your 2018 Ford F-150, so you will not have access to your truck's 4-way.

That said, if you still need to plug in a trailer with a 4-way you still can, you will just need the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716.

The new Ford trucks like your F-150 that have the smart tow package require a trailer to be connected for the 12 volt power circuit to activate. So what I would recommend you do is try connecting to a trailer and see if the circuit then activates.
