What type of wiring can I use when I flat tow my 2020 Ram 1500?

For your 2020 Ram 1500 I really like the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267, which includes everything you need to wire up the truck so that its tail lights accept the signal lights from the RV during travel. You will use it to tap into the tail light circuits on your Ram and it includes a 6-Way connector that gets mounted to the front bumper, along with enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on the motorhome.
If your tow bar has accommodations for the wiring to be ran through keepers made for your wiring you could instead use the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord
Item # RM-152-98146-7 it is identical in every way with the exception of the cable connecting the two. The first option is a coiled cable where this one is straight.
