For the four smaller factory holes you need the Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails (Qty 2) part # 58199. These are not round but will work for your 2017 Ram 2500. They came as a two pack so if you want them all to match I recommend picking up two of them.
