To install a Reese Elite Series fifth-wheel hitch and a gooseneck ball in your 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Pickup, you will need the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # RP30158-52. This is the under bed kit that is equivalent to the Ford kit, # RP30126, that you mentioned and includes the gooseneck parts for the 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 with 6 or 8 foot bed.
This install kit is designed to work with the Reese M5 Series 27k hitch, # RP30922.
