Troubleshooting No Running Lights on Trailer Wiring of 7-Way

Hi i have blinkers and brake lights but no running lights out of my 7 pin connector

Typically when there's one circuit on trailer wiring that stops working it's due to either corrosion on the associated pin which is easily fixed by taking some sandpaper to it, or it's a blown fuse for that circuit under the hood of the tow vehicle. I'd check those two things first as that's where you'll most likely fix the issue.
If when you check out the 7-way you find that it's damaged or needing to be replaced your best option is to go with the part # HM40975 as a replacement. This will plug right into the 7-way round socket you have now and give you also a 4-way connection.
