The only part needed on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator to install the AutowBrake Brake controller part # 3430001 is a 7-way connector at the rear of the Jeep with an active 12V circuit and turn signals. The Autowbrake installs on the trailer side and wires to a junction box where your trailer wiring functions are connected to the corresponding stud. It activates the trailer brakes based off the brake/turn signals of the Jeep not the stop light switch so the 7-Way blue wire is not required. I have attached a video for your reference. If you get a Jeep with a tow package the 7-way should be included so you won't need to worry about that.

If you end up getting a 2020 Jeep Gladiator without a tow package you can add a 4-Way part # C56407 for the turn signals then you will need part # ETBC7 which will provide all of the necessary components to install a 7-way on your Jeep to use the Autowbrake.

According to my research there are only 2020 Jeep Gladiators not 2019 so these would be the parts you need.

The 2019 Jeep Gladiator without tow package does not have a confirmed fit custom 4-Way with any of our manufacturers so you would need to use the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit part # 119250KIT which clamps to the vehicle's tail light wiring. Then you could use the ETBC7.

It sounds like your best bet is to get either a 2019 or 2020 Jeep Gladiator with a factory tow package that includes the 7-Way or a 2020 Jeep Gladiator without the tow package and get the parts mentioned to add the 7-Way.
