If your Greystone # 324-000068 still turns on and the blower still works, but no hot air comes out, the heating element needs replaced. If the unit is not blowing air at all then the blower motor and or control board needs replaced.

The good news is that these parts can be replaced, but you will need to contact the manufacturer directly in order to obtain those parts.

Sometimes the RV fireplace circuit boards develop bugs that a simple reset fixes. You can do that by unplugging and plugging back in. Otherwise, if that does not work the unit would need to be replaced as the boards are not repairable or replaceable.…
