How To Obtain Underbed Pucks for a 2012 Ram 3500
Question:
Can the 2013 and above RAM 5th wheel puck system be installed on a 2012 RAM 3500 dually? My 2012 RAM has a 2017 bed on it. Does anyone make a puck system that can be installed on a 2012 RAM 3500 dually?

The factory prep package was not offered on a Ram 2500 or Ram 3500 until 2013 therefore there would be no way to obtain this system on a 2012 no matter which bed you have. However, I can set you up with pucks using the Reese Elite Series and Signature Series Underbed Rail Kit part # RP30074. The puck spacing will be different for this system when compared to the above but this is your only option.
The Reese Elite Series and Signature Series Underbed Rail Kit will then work with Ford OEM Hitches such as the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3300 which I know sounds odd but is indeed true.
