The only aftermarket puck system we have available for your 2009 Dodge Ram is the Reese Elite Under-Bed Rail Kit # RP30074. This particular system when installed should measure 13 inches x 30 inches when measuring center to center distance between the pucks. I have attached an image to clarify this as well.
There used to also be one other aftermarket puck-style system from Valley, but they are no longer in business so their parts are not available. With that being said, based on my research, the dimensions for their puck system do not match up to the measurements you provided, either.
I recommend verifying the distance between the pucks in your truck bed to see if they match those of the Reese Elite kit. If they do, the B&W Companion 5TH Wheel Slider # BWRVK3370 will work great if you have the 6-1/2 foot bed. This will mount directly to the installed pucks and provide an 20,000 pound towing capacity and 12 inches of slider travel for making sharp turns. It also features dual jaw that will wrap completely around the trailer king pin.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this hitch that you can take a look at. If the measurements you take on your puck system still do not match up, please feel free to send me some pictures if you can and I will be happy to help you further.
