Yes, those systems are the same. You will need Item # RP30154 which is a Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter to use any 5th wheel hitch that isn't compatible with Dodges OEM puck system.
You have multiple options to choose from if you would like to purchase a 5th wheel hitch that is compatible with your
puck system.
I recommend Item # C16545-16021 Curt Q24 hitch which is rated up to 24,000lbs. It has a dual jaw locking system which provides 360 jaw to pin contact. This hitch has a fully articulating torsion head for controlled coupling and a stable, quiet ride.
