Absolutely!

Starting with the trailer hitch for your 2020 Mazda 3 Hatchback, the Curt Hitch # C98BR will work perfectly. This will line right up to existing holes in the frame rails for a simple bolt-on (no-drill) installation and features a 200 pound tongue weight capacity.

I have attached the written installation manual below that you can look through as well. All the necessary hardware is included.

Then for a Class I rated bike rack I highly recommend the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU74FR. This is an excellent carrier that uses soft ratcheting hooks that hold the bikes by their front wheel (without any frame contact) and features a convenient foot pedal that lets you tilt the rack back, with the bikes still loaded, for easy rear cargo access (see attached image). This is especially beneficial on hatchback vehicles like your Mazda 3.

I have attached a couple video demonstrations that you can check out as well.

Since the 2020 Mazda CX-30 is based on the 2020 Mazda 3, will this hitch also fit the 2020 Mazda CX-30?

At this time (2-3-2020) there is not a confirmed fit for the 2020 Mazda CX-30. The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24984 is currently confirmed to fit the 2019 and 2020 Mazda 3, but it has not been tested on the CX-30 yet.

@JasonS does this apply to the sedan as well?

@DamonW We do have some hitches that fit a 2020 Mazda CX-30 now. You can find them at this link.
