Warranty on Curt Gooseneck Ball for 2017 F-350 Puck System
Question:
My ball got stuck and I managed to remove it with penetrating oil and banging it with a hammer. Ball bearings r rusted but now I don’t trust it won’t happen again. Will Curt replace my ball under warranty? Only two years old.

Expert Reply:
Since the ball is 2 years old, it does not qualify for Curt's warranty. The Curt Pop-In Ball for Underbed Gooseneck Hitches # C60601 has a 1 year warranty on parts, in addition to a lifetime limited warranty against breakage or any type of manufacturer's defect-I'm not sure that this would qualify as a manufacturer's defect, but you can reach out to Curt directly. I've attached their warranty breakdown page as an FYI.
