Purpose of Holes on etrailer.com Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler # KPG5-R25-IP

Can i order this adapter without any holes in it? If so i will order one!

The holes on the side of the etrailer.com Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # KPG5-R25-IP are used to secure it into place inside the gooseneck outer tube and offer height adjustments. This type of adapter is not available without these mounting holes.

If this won't work for your particular setup please let me know what brand gooseneck hitch you have installed on your truck and I will be happy to make a different recommendation that will allow you to pull a 5th wheel trailer.
