Is a Trailer Jack or Lift Needed to Install Curt Hitch on 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe

Can this hitch be installed without jacking the vehicle up or being put on a lift?

You can install the Curt hitch part # C13152 on a vehicle like your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe without needing a jack or lift to raise the vehicle any higher. The vehicle has enough ground clearance to not require the added lift. We use a lift in our install videos as it makes it much easier to show the install process which is also the case in the install instructions link which I attached to this page.
