Recommended 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter for 2019 Chevy Silverado 3/4 Ton Pickup

I have a 2019 2500 Silverado with a factory installed gooseneck hitch on a 8 foot truck bed which adapter should I use to pull my fifth wheel camper

The Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G would be a good choice, but keep in mind that using an adapter can put extra stress on the frame of your fifth wheel and some manufacturers will void your warranty if an adapter is used.
Lippert is the most common 5th wheel frame manufacturer, and they make an exception for the Reese Goosebox. The Goosebox is actually a replacement air-ride pinbox, and replaces the Lippert 1621, 0719 or 1716 pinbox. Here are the available parts and their capacities.
# RP85FR replaces the Lippert 1621 or 0719 and has a 20K capacity
# RP94716-61301 replaces the Lippert 1716
If your existing pin box is compatible, you'd without a doubt get much better ride quality from the air ride component that the Goosebox offers.
