question is the inside bolt to inside bolt dimension 2.125 alowing it to fit over a 2 by 3 box frame

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the CE Smith U-Bolt # CE15251A and found that the listed 2-1/8" (2.125") width is indeed from the inside of one bolt to the inside of the other. This will fit over a 2" x 3" box frame.
