Can Friction Sway Kit be Added to Reese Strait-line Weight Distribution System
Question:
Im looking for a bit more sway control increase my margin of safety. Can I add this Reese Friction Sway Control Kit to the Strait-Line Weight Distribution w Sway Control for additional sway control? I had a Reese Strait-Line on a smaller toy hauler, but Ive since upgraded to a larger hauler and a bit more peace of mind would go a long way. RP66130 83660

Yes, you can add a friction sway control unit like the part # 83660 to the Strait Line system part # RP66075 that you have as the head of the WD system has a tab with a hole for the ball of the system to attach to.
Normally the Strait Line's proactive sway control is enough but if you like the peace of mind of having a friction system as well it would fit and work great.
