Bumper Clearance of Draw-Tite, Curt and EcoHitch Trailer Hitch for 2019 Subaru Outback
Question:
Is there a difference between the receiver depth - how far under the bumper - the hitch is on both the ecohitch and curt trailer hitches for a 2019 Subaru Outback? I like the hidden look but want something that is the most accessible.

The trailer hitch with the best receiver depth, or bumper clearance, for your 2019 Subaru Outback is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76227 which is about 2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper.
This is an inch more clearance than the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13410 and EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch # 306-X7601 that also fit your '19 Outback. Both of these hitches are approximately 3 inches from the hitch pin hole to the edge of your bumper, as you can see in the accompanying photo.
I have added links to video installs of each hitch on a '19 Outback for you to check out.
