The best way to lift your Jayco Eagle is called an over/under conversion kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only). I have added a photo which displays how the kit will look after being installed.

If you have a 2-3/8" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 or if you have a 3" round axle - which is likely for your Jayco Eagle - you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00.

An axle which is 2-3/8" is commonly found on 3,500 lb axles while a 3" axle is commonly found on axles with ratings of 6,000 lbs to 7,200 lbs, which should help you determine which kit you need. Based on the specs I saw for your Eagle, it is likely the latter.

I have added links to video reviews of both kits for you to take a look at.

Thanks for that additional info; since you already have your axle under your leaf springs the only option to lift your Jayco Eagle is the Lippert Components Tandem Axle Lift Kit # LC407131 which will add approximately 2" of lift. I have added a photo a customer sent in of this kit installed on their trailer that has leaf springs over the axle. What this kit does is add extension plates that you will drill on to lift your trailer. I have added a link to the installation instructions I recommend taking a look at as well as a link to a video review.
