Question:

Are jacks are down. When we try to raise them all the lights on the left are flashing and no matter what button we push nothing happens

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and he informed me that the lights flashing indicate the low point of the coach and that if you perform a zero point calibration you will correct that.

In the service manual you will need to follow the instructions for Homing Jacks and Zero Point Calibration on page 10. I attached a link on this page that will take you to the manual. Plus screenshots from the instructions that detail how to do the zero point calibration.

You have everything right except you will touch the front and rear buttons 5 times each (instead of 10). Also be sure that you actually turn the touch pad off before pressing the buttons. Let me know if you have any issues.
