MaxxAir MaxxFan Will Not Stop Or Close Without Pulling Fuse

Question:

My MaxxFan will open, turn on and change speeds but not stop or close. If I disconnect the power I pull the fuse it stops and when I reconnect it closes the lid and stays stopped. The switch does appear to be the issue, I tested the connectivity across the switches when depressed. Not sure how to solve or what parts to replace.

I contacted MaxxFan and according to them you have a bad circuit board. Circuit boards are model specific so you will need to purchase the correct board for your model. This means you will have to look at your fan to find the model number and identify which model you have in order to choose the correct replacement part.
