Does Flat-Towing 2002 Honda CR-V Require Diodes
Question:
I tow a 2002 Honda CR-V behind my motorhome. I installed a TrailerMate custom tail light wiring kit for towed vehicles TM783130 and a RoadMaster brake-lite relay kit for towed vehicles RM-88400. Do I need to also install tail light isolating diodes?

The TrailerMate is not available any longer, but to my understanding, it has built-in diodes so you would not need them. The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400, which is needed with a supplemental braking system such as the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 does not require diodes.
