What is Max Pressure of Westlake ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire

I have these tires on my fifth wheel and at 110psi my tpm some times run up as high as 127psi the temps are fine. also, are these tires suppose to be balanced when I had them installed they balance them could that be an issue

The Westlake trailer tire part # LHWL410 that you referenced is designed to have it's max psi of 110 inflated when cold and as long as you aren't exceeding the weight capacity of the tire (4,400 lbs) and the speed capacity of 75 you are totally fine and the pressure changes won't be something you'll need to worry about.
