Replacement Trailer Connector That Will Fit In Bumper On a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500
Question:
There arent any dimensions listed, and it states the bracket has to be used. I have a 2006 Ram 2500 with factory bumper and a 7 way already installed. Will this fit the factory hole that the current 7 way is in?

Expert Reply:
Yes, the 7-Way & 4-Way Replacement Connector part # 42145 will fit the factory cutout in the rear bumper on your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 which you can see in the attached photo. Therefore, the included mounting bracket is not needed.
