Suspension Enhancement Kits for 2010 Ford Expedition EL
Question:
I see that it says it is unconfirmed to fit. Do we have a way to confirm if it will fit a 2010 Expedition EL or not? Thanks!

The Air Lift air spring kit # AL61792 that you referenced is definitely a no-fit for your vehicle but we do have suspension helper spring kits for your 2010 Ford Expedition EL that will help to support its stock suspension.
SuperSprings offers both a front-axle and a rear-axle coil helper spring for your EL. For a front-axle kit you can use part # CSS-1094F if your Expedition is 4WD. Rear-axle kit # CSS-1168R fits if your EL is 2WD.
Installation of these kits is simple. You insert the microcellular polyurethane foam spring between the turns of your coil springs and secure it with the included zip ties. The vehicle just needs to be jacked up and properly supported so that there is no tension on the coils. You can see more on these USA-made helper springs in the linked video.
One of our customers who drives a 2014 Expedition EL said after installing rear kit # CSS-1168R that "I should have done this last year, it made it handle like it was new again..."
