I installed a 2.5 Rubicon Express lift. Having now completed my overland cargo system,rooftop tent, fuel and water reserves, I am sagging in the rear. What is my besy option for leveling it back out

The Timbren suspension kit part # TABSJRJK that you referenced would be the correct enhancement kit for your 2018 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited but since you also have a lift kit you'll need spacers:

1/2" Spacer - # TA25722-90F00
1" Spacer - # TA25723-90AD00

Since you have a 2.5 inch lift you'll need 2 one inch spacers and a 1/2 inch spacer per side.
