Yes, for just the replacement foot pad for your Ultra-Fab Economy 5th Wheel King Pin Tripod Stabilizer # UF19-950500 you will use part # UF19-001073.

For the pin and clip to secure the foot pad to the leg you will need part # UF38-141023.
