As long as your 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 features the standard factory bumper the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75549 that you referenced will fit perfectly. It will line up to existing holes in the Sprinter's frame rails for a no-drill installation and its robust construction allows for a 6,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 600 pound tongue weight limit.

If your Sprinter happens to have the factory step bumper instead then the correct Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch is the part # 75601, which will also be a simple bolt-on installation.
