Can 2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 1905 be Towed With Hitch Ball Only
Question:
You I own a 2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 1905. I was given a very heavy hitch and sway system that I can not pick up or put on my tow vehicle. I am wondering if I can tow it with just a ball and the chains or a lighter system?

I am unsure of the vehicle you have but I took a look at the specs of a 2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 1905 and it has a GVWR of 3,898 lbs so as long as the bumper and hitch ball (which would be attached to the step bumper) has the capacity to tow at least that much you would be able to tow it. You need to take a look at your owner's manual to determine what your vehicle's capacity is and you will also need a trailer wiring connector if your vehicle does not already have it, in order to power your trailer's signal lights.
